Entries for both ‘Best Scene Photograph’ and ‘Best Flyer’ open Wednesday 28th September and close Wednesday 19th October. The industry panel will select the top entries to go into the final public vote.
Please adhere to the following conditions when submitting photographs/flyers for inclusion in the awards:
- Photos/Flyers MUST be submitted by the closing date of 19th Oct 2011 Entries after this date will not be considered.
- The photo or flyer must be from an event held in the previous 12 months – between the dates of 22nd October 2010 and 19th October 2011 along with being a WA event.
- All photographs must be free of watermarks (photographs will be watermarked with a special PDMA watermark).
- A maximum of five photographs/flyers are to be submitted by each entrant.
- Flyers must have been designed by a WA designer. The designer as well as the promoter will each be presented an award.
- Photographs must be from a WA photographer. The award will be presented to the photographer.
- Each photograph must include the name of the event at which it was taken.
- Submission image size PHOTOS – 1024 pixels in length on its narrowest side (eg 1536×1024 pixels for a 2:3 ratio).
- Submission image size FLYERS – 1024 pixels in length on it’s narrowest side (eg 1536×1024 pixels @ 72ppi).
- Preferred format: photos – jpg, flyers – jpg or pdf.
- Perth Dance Music Awards reserves the right to use any work submitted by the entrants for promotional or other purposes without notification.
